Center rebuild on Myers 60 pump

To start you will need a vice, a flat piece of steel, a flat head screwdriver, a small hammer, a 15/16 and socket on ratchet, a 9/16 wrench, a 7/16 wrench, a drain pan and a seal kit.  Remove the bolt that theat holds the lift arm to the lift cylinderwith the 15/16 wrench and socket on ratchet.  Take the 9/16 wrench remove the three nuts holding down the top cover and use the flat head screwdriver and the small hammer to remove the cover.  Pull the center piston and and sleeve out of the pump and place the nut of the piston in the vice.  Flip pump over and let drain into drian pan while seals are replaced.  Put flat head screwdriver through the bolt hole at the top of the piston and take nut off.  Remove O rings and seals off of piston and replace with new ones in reverse order.  Remove seal in cover with flathead screwdriver place new one in place and tap down with small hammer and flat piece of steel.  Filp pump right side up and remove O ring at bottom of cylinder.  Place new O ring in seat and set piston down in place.  Put top cover back on and put little white seals over each stud.  Put three nuts back on and tighten.  Remove fill plug with 7/16 wrench and fill with fluid then replace the plug and tighten.
